Age: 44 Rhinoplasty

This female patient had some irregularities in her previous rhinoplasty (nose surgery) performed by another surgeon. Therefore, we reconstructed her nose using a small incision along the bottom (columella) and rebuilt her nose with cartilage grafted from her septum and ear.

This female patient did not like the hump on her nose and a poorly defined nasal tip. We performed a rhinoplasty with a hump reduction and a tip refinement. The “after” photos were taken three weeks after her procedure. Her swelling and contour will continue to improve with time.

Age: 31 Rhinoplasty

This female patient complained about a hump on her nose and some breathing problems. I performed a rhinoplasty in which I reduced her dorsal hump, refined her tip and corrected her internal breathing problems. She is seen here at about one year from her procedure and has a natural looking nose and she can breathe easily through her nose.

Age: 41 Rhinoplasty

This woman thought her nose was too large for her face and it was not as feminine as she would like. Specifically, she didn’t like her dorsal hump. We performed a rhinoplasty that consisted of a lowering of the dorsal prominence and a refinement of the nasal tip. Notice the improved appearance, more refined proportions, and the naturalness of the result.
