Age: 37 Breast Augmentation
This mother of four desired more breast fullness. She was 5’5″ and weighed 115 pounds. We performed a breast augmentation using 275cc silicone implants (placed below the muscle) through an incision at the crease of the breast.

This woman had a bilateral breast augmentation with 300 cc silicone implants, moderate profile plus placed under the muscle through an incision under the breast.

This woman wanted fuller breasts, so we did an augmentation by placing 300cc silicone implants under the muscle through a small incision under the breast.
She loves the new fullness in her upper breast – especially the way she looks in a bathing suit top! – and the natural and proportional look the augmentation gave her.
Age: 23 Breast Augmentation
This woman desired larger breasts and a smaller waistline. She had excess fat in all the areas that are marked in the photo.
We performed a bilateral breast augmentation with silicone implants placed beneath the muscle through an incision below the breast. To reduce her midsection, we performed a liposuction (2900cc fat removal) of her trunk. All these procedures were done at the same time. Notice the dramatic overall shape change with fuller breasts and a much narrower waist.
Age: 36 Breast Augmentation
At 36 years old, this woman was interested in a breast augmentation, but her case wasn’t straightforward. She had widely-separated breasts that were also thin and narrow, as well as significant sloping of the chest wall.
Though this was a challenging case to treat, I was able to perform a breast augmentation using 375cc smooth silicone implants and also operated on her breast tissue so that it would appear full and round.
She is thrilled with her new shape and is much more confident about her body – and that’s something every woman wants!

This woman wanted a breast enhancement. We performed a breast augmentation through an inframammary incision and placed the implants below the muscle. We placed a 350cc silicone implant on the right and a 375cc silicone on the left.
